Robert T. Sullivan – Owner & President
Graduate of the University of Connecticut and a local son of Norwich, Connecticut, Robert acquired Mystic Management Systems, Inc. in 2002. Prior to his purchase, Robert spent twenty-one years with the world's largest independent document management systems and services company. He held increasing levels of responsibility in operations, finance, and general management. Through 2007, Mystic MSI has grown 650% under his leadership.
Matthew Santacroce – Chief Technology Officer
Graduate of Southern Connecticut State University (BS) and the University of New Haven (MS) Matthew joined Mystic in 2005 as the Chief Technology Officer. Matthew has been in the field of software development since 1990 and has extensive experience at developing software within a highly structured and procedure driven environment. Prior to joining Mystic, Matthew served as a global project manager at Pfizer for 8 years where he specialized in the global validation and deployment of 21 CFR Part 11 compliant IT solutions. Matthew has earned professional certifications from Microsoft on three occasions, and is also a certified Project Management Professional with PMI.org.
Erroin A. Martin – Vice President, Sales
Graduate of Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington, Erroin first served in the Army as a Military Intelligence Officer. In 1998 he joined Pfizer, Inc. as a sales representative in Las Vegas, Nevada. Erroin’s success led him to be assigned to work with Yale University and as a Manager of Regional Sales Operations for New England with Pfizer, before joining Mystic Management Systems. He has work and living experience in international locations.
